The Bursary Staff Award was introduced to encourage our staff
to :-
continuously assess the processes and procedures of the Bursary
identify those aspects that result in customer (internal and external)
complaints, inaccuracy of information or a lengthy response time,
and
find a solution that will result in cost savings, improved efficiency,
value added or reduced customer complaints.
There are three (3) categories of awards:
Spot - An informal award for a solution that can
be readily implemented
Quarterly - Awarded for the most significant solution
for the quarter
Annual - Awarded to the Quarterly Award that has
the highest number of points. (Not yet awarded).
