Our Alumni

Alumni who have taken the Applied and Food Programs in previous years have either gone on to further studies or found employment in the public and private sectors.Previous undergraduate Applied Chemistry and Food Chemistry students have been employed in various fields. A survey of students from 1991 to 2003 was able to locate 167 of the 292 graduates. Seventy-nine (27%) of the graduates went on to graduate school (68 to UWI). The graph below shows the employment of the graduates whom we are able to trace. Twelve of these traced graduates went on to Medical School.
