Additional Charges:
An additional trip fee of US$20.00 will be charged when a Lab Driver is supplied, irrespective of whether it is within normal working hours or not. If both a driver and deck-hand are used, the cost is US$25.00.
A fee of US$30.00 will be charged for all dive check outs performed outside of normal working hours.
Note:

Visitors are only allowed to drive boats to destinations that are within the Bay or are clearly visible from the dock.
All night dives require a Lab Driver.
Surcharge is based on fuel cost and is therefore subject to change.

Welcome

It is a short boat trip out of the Bay to the fore-reef directly in front of the Laboratory, where permanent moorings allow us to make repeated visits to the same locality without difficulty. Here, a diverse reef community grows on submarine terraces only a few hundred metres wide. Study areas can be selected at any depth.

A discount of 10% will be given on accommodation and lab fees if the bill is paid 30 days before arrival. Space can only be confirmed when payment is received.

Please make reservations well in advance. DBML may not be able to guarantee the availability of facilities on short notice.
