MONA MOONLIGHTING
Nothing compares to the majesty of the moon rising over the mountains which ring the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies. Many a song has been written and hundreds of romances have blossomed under its shimmering light. The Mona moon holds special significance for generations of students. Mona Moonlighting takes place under the moonlight, in the Chapel Gardens, between the hours of 7.00 p.m. and 12 midnight. Entertainment will be provided by Dean Fraser, Tarrus Riley and Seretse Small with poetry readings by Oku Onuora, and Yasus Afari among others. Come Relive! Remember! Reconnect! Pass on the light!
