Patrick Lynch is the Director of Finance and Planning at the
Sandals Resorts International, the largest operator pf luxury
Ultra all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. The world acclaimed
chain of resorts operates in Jamaica, St. Lucia, Antigua &
Barbuda, Turks & Caicos and Cuba.
Sandals is regarded as the trendsetter for all-inclusive
resorts and has been voted “World’s Best”
by travel agents ten years in a row. The chain has a well
established track record for innovation and for combining
friendly, efficient service with superb beaches, quality dining
experiences, architectural splendour; as well as luxuriously
appointed rooms and suites.
In his current capacity, Lynch is a central player in the
strategic planning and direction of the Sandals Group. A career
banker, he has had numerous senior postings throughout the
Caribbean, Guyana, the United States and the UK, and has developed
considerable expertise in financial management, pension fund
management, real estate and hotel finance, including hotel
acquisition and development.
In addition to his role within Sandals Group, Lynch also
serves as Chairman of the ATL Group Pension Scheme, Pan Caribbean
Financial Services limited, ATL Motors Limited, Gorstew limited
and Appliance Traders limited.
Lynch has a passion for the arts and takes an active interest
in environmental affairs. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from
the University of the West Indies. He also holds professional
certification in banking, marketing, and public relations
from the Institute of Bankers, Rutgers University and Northwestern
University.
