Juliet Moss-Solomon

Juliet Moss SolomonMrs. Juliet Elaine Malcolm Cohen Moss-Solomon, CEO/Chairman of Compact Travel Agency Limited attended Shortwood Teachers College and later taught at Mannings High and Belair Schools.

Her love for travel began twenty-four (24) years ago when she was employed by Grace, Kennedy Travel as a Trainee Travel Consultant. Her eagerness to learn and strong determination to achieve saw her becoming the top Junior Travel Agent within a year. She was later promoted to sales, a job she thoroughly enjoyed for sixteen (16) years.

Mrs. Moss-Solomon was also a Sales Manager at Martins Travel Service. As an attestation to the level of efficiency she brought to the job, she was awarded Martins’ Citation for Outstanding Performance and Contribution to the overall success of Martins Travel Service. Equipped with the necessary skills and renowned reputation for delivering high quality service to her clients, she later acquired Compact Travel Agency Limited.

She had extensive industry training and participated in several international workshops. She is presently pursuing an Executive Masters in Business Administration at the Mona School of Business, University of the West Indies.

Mrs Moss-Solomon was President, Caribbean Tourism Association and Vice President, Jamaica Association of Travel Agents.

Married to Owen, the mother of three (3) enjoys dancing, singing, socializing, acting and gardening. She credits her drive and business acumen to her mother, who is also her personal heroine.
