All fully registered
delegates will receive:
- IDIERI 5
conference materials including conference badge permitting
access to all sessions
- Lunch, coffee/tea
breaks and dinner throughout the conference (except excursion
day)
- Ground transportation
to and from special events
- Opening dinner
at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel and closing dinner at The Ruins,
University of the West Indies, Mona.
- Accommodation,
i.e. Bed and Breakfast, is not included in the conference
fee, and the number of available rooms is limited.

can be made using the University of the West Indies E-Commerce
system. Just follow the instructions given;

You may register electronically and post your payment
by cheque or banker's draft made payable to The Philip Sherlock
Centre, and sent in care of Brian Heap at the Centre's address
given on the the main web page;
or
You may print the booking form and send both the completed
form and payment by post, or fax the completed form and send
payment by post or courier.
Remember to make your hotel reservations with the Jamaica
Pegasus Hotel in good time since room numbers are limited.
