Multi-tasking is a way of life for Carol who is an accomplished educator , broadcaster, trainer, social policy analyst and advocate , and business person.

A graduate of Columbia University in New York , Carol holds a Masters degree in Special Education, and has taught for many years, children with learning and behavioural disorders at both the Primary and Secondary levels. She founded the New Vision Preparatory School which she operated between 1989 and 1995. Carol has lectured at and is currently an external examiner for the Mico Teachers College.

As Principal of Carol Narcisse & Associates, Carol has for more than ten years been providing consultancy services in education, gender and development issues and organizational development. In 2004, Carol became one of three partners forming the company – Wellness & Holistic Lifestyle Enterprises (WHOLE) Ltd. WHOLE Ltd. is the producer of Jamaica Wellfest, the Caribbean's largest wellness festival; produces content for media, and organizes tours.
