We explore the practicalities of processing personal data in daily work. Using Change Management techniques along with the basic legal requirements, participants will gain valuable insights into effectively creating and implementing DP compliance systems within their organisations

We consider the connections between acquiring, processing and using data and decision-making, which results in creating and managing records. We explore how the principles of records management apply to data privacy.
