LS 22A - Information Resources: Their Communication and Conservation

The basic concepts of the reference process which include interviewing techniques and search strategy are covered. The communication of information and the use of reference tools within the context of information transfer is examined. Conservation of and awareness of the physical material of printed and other information resources are briefly investigated.

Prerequisite: Passes in LS10A and LS10B.
