LS65B—Information Technology II

This course is designed to familiarize students with some of the advanced aspects of information technology. It includes the operation and use of telecommunications in information work and with system development of automated resources and units. Theories of change management and strategic planning as well as commercial and other electronic support services are examined. Selected trends in this dynamic field are also included.
