International Information Studies

This course covers comparative study of the state of the provision
of information services in a number of selected countries, developed
and developing, with consideration given to historical, political,
economic, educational and other factors of significance in the development
of services now provided. The role of national, regional and international
organizations and professional associations is covered as well as
national, regional and international planning and cooperation programmes
and strategies. |
