Assessment:

The course will be assessed by a combination of a final examination and coursework.  The final examination will count for 60% of the final mark.  The coursework, which counts for 40% of the final mark, consists of one in-course test and a project. This project will be broken down into three parts. The projects are individual projects.  In order to pass the course, students are required to pass both the final examination and the coursework.

Strict deadlines will be set for the project work. Projects handed in after the deadline will not be accepted.
