Course
Description  |
This course provides an in depth coverage of productivity and quality management in the service and other industries. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of quality principles through the interpretation, understanding and use of these principles and concepts throughout the problem solving process. Areas covered include Quality and Continuous Improvement, Process Control, Productivity and Measurement, Reliability, Bench Marking and Auditing.
Students will have a sound understanding of quality and productivity in the service sector and be able to apply tools and techniques for improvements.
