Inter-campus Games is a biennial competition held within a seven day period. The Intercampus Games otherwise known as The UWI Games is a multi-discipline event which includes cricket, football, basketball, lawn tennis, swimming, table tennis, hockey, volleyball and track & field.
This event helps our student athletes to interact with students from the other UWI Campuses and fosters healthy competition amongst our Caribbean neighbours as well as certain level of integration.
The Mona Campus is the defending champion of these games having hosted and won the UWI Games in May 2019.
Our 7 faculties and 12 professional schools offer more than 200 programmes to some 18,000 graduate, undergraduate and continuing studies students.
The UWI, Mona ranks first in Jamaica among accredited tertiary-level programmes. In 2012, the University was again one of Jamaica’s Top 100 Employers.
