Mission statement

The Customer Service Section is the liaison between our Customers and our Service Sections.
The aim of this Section is to provide internal and external customers with relevant and accurate information, to follow up on jobs and facilitate timely completion of tasks.

Our mission is to provide customer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to customers’ needs and presenting a high level of professionalism at all times.

We work as a team with other Sections of the Estate Management Department in order to satisfy the needs and surpass the expectations of our most valuable assets, our customers.
