Mechanical Requirements

Camera-ready art-work must conform to the following specifications:
Full page: 8” x 11”
Half page: 8” x 5”
Black/White: original art-work
Two-colour: original art-work with overlay

Four-colour: colour separated film negative or positive – actual size

The Journal is published in January, March, June, September,
October and December. Material for inclusion should reach the
Editorial Office at least four (4) clear weeks before the month of publication.

Conditions
Orders for advertisements are accepted on the understanding
that if printing costs vary, the quoted advertising rates
will vary accordingly. Three months’ notice of such changes
shall be given, at the expiration of which time the new rates will become operative. All contracts made must be confirmed
by the Editorial Board before they are considered binding. The
Board reserves the right to reject or discontinue an advertisement
deemed by them to be unsuitable for publication in the Journal,
whether space for the said advertisement has been booked in
advance under contract or otherwise.
