Workshop on Climate Financing

From September 8–12, 2025, the Fiscal Research Centre (FRC), in collaboration with the Department of Economics (DoE), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and SOAS University of London, hosted a Workshop on Climate Financing.

Participants included representatives from key government ministries, agencies, and academic institutions. The sessions were facilitated by Professor Ulrich Volz, Dr. Harald Heubaum, and Dr. David Smith, and formed part of a pilot initiative aimed at expanding capacity in climate finance across the Caribbean.
