HOW DO I ATTEND

To attend the Graduation Ceremony at the UWI Mona Campus, a Reply Form is attached which you are asked to complete and return as indicated hereunder. You are advised to verify your eligibility to graduate by ensuring that your ID number appears on a Final Year Pass List. Pass Lists are available for checking in your Faculty. You may also check your academic record online to ensure that you have been awarded.

If you wish to be presented at UWI Mona Campus your Reply Form should be returned to the Examinations Section not later than Friday October 9, 2009.

The University does not guarantee that arrangements can be made for your presentation if you do not return this completed form to the Examinations Section, Mona by October 9, 2009 . If you wish to be presented at the Cave Hill or St. Augustine Campus, please return one (1) copy to that Campus and immediately contact the Senior Assistant /Assistant Registrar (Examinations) for specific instructions. This is most important as the arrangements at each Campus differ.
