ONE STOP GRADUATION CENTRE

The Centre will be operational from Monday October 24 to Tuesday November 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday AND 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. On Wednesday November 02, 2011 the Centre will be closed at 12:00 noon to facilitate the Rehearsal exercise.

If you wish to collect your gown and hood before October 24 or after November 02 you may do so from the General Stores, UWI Maintenance Services Department, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and up to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday November 05, 2011. In this case your receipt must be presented to the Storekeeper at General Stores, Maintenance Services Department.

Gowns and Hoods should be returned at the Undercroft during November 7 – 11, from
9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday November 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After which, you will be required to return them to the General Stores, Maintenance Services Department.
