GRADUATION PHOTOGRAPHS

The Marketing & Communications Office provides the official photograph for the Graduation Ceremony each year.  Unauthorized photographers are not allowed to take photographs during the actual ceremony. All unauthorized photographers will be removed by security officers.

For the 2011 Graduation Ceremony, all graduates who attend the ceremony shall receive one (1) 5x7 mounted colour print as part of the graduation package. This photograph will be taken during the ceremony when the graduate is receiving the canister from the presenter.

Photographs will be ready for collection approximately three (3) weeks after the ceremony, from the Marketing & Communications Office (formerly Public Relations Office), 4 Gibraltar Hall Road, telephone number 977-5941 as of November 28, 2011, Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. until January 31, 2012.  After that date, photographs may be collected from the photographers studio 10 South Avenue, Kingston 4.

Graduates who are unable to collect photograph in person, should provide a letter authorising delivery to their representative.

Graduates who require additional prints of their photograph may arrange with the photographer’s studio, Spaulding’s Photo Service, Suite #26, Banana Board Building, 10 South Avenue, Kingston 4, Telephone number 967-3155.
