The vibrant, hardworking Nadeen Spence heads this community of women and represents the University in an official capacity in Hall affairs. Fondly referred to as the SSDM, hers is the task of overseeing the hall's operations and environs, supervising the staff, and catering to the needs of the residents. She is assisted by five Resident Advisors.

These young women serve as a link between the Student Services Manager and the Students and oversee the affairs of the hall in her absence . They have responsibility in specific areas such as: physical wellness, intellectual wellness, entertainment, culture and Arts, social wellness and occupational wellness. To carry out this mandate they are each assigned to specific clubs and Hall Committee positions. Additionally each RA is attached to a block.

The support staff includes: a Senior Secretary, an Operations Supervisor and a handyman / mailman. Mrs. Vivienne Barnett runs the office and her responsibilities include registering students for the hall and ensuring that students concerns are addressed in a courteous and efficient manner.

Mrs. Marcia Murray East, a long serving member of the hall community, oversees the maintenance and domestic affairs of the hall.

Another veteran member of the Seacole family is Mr. Ainsley Mohorn who assists with the impeccable upkeep of the physical infrastructure and the smooth running of the halls operations. Contract workers from Hi-Tech Janitorial services and Super People complement the services delivered by the hall.
