Taylor Hall The hall of halls hosts its annual fundraising event “Outrage” on the second Friday of the new school year at the UWI Students Union. Taylor Hall’s ‘OUTRAGE’ is a ‘Short Shorts Foam Party’ that has grown in popularity every year since its first staging in 1998.

Outrage is anticipated every year by a large number of patrons from UWI and UETCH students as well as other people. The entertainment package always features leading Jamaican sound systems such as Renaissance Disco, Code Red, Coppershot, DJ Kurt Riley and Arif Cooper in past years. One of Outrage’s main yearly attractions is two complimentary hours between nine and eleven pm where drinks are free.

Outrage has set the bar that all other parties follow hype entertainment + pure vibes + free drinks = the excellent party that has come to be known as Outrage.

FINAL FETE

Taylor Hall’s Final Fete is the most successful event of its kind on campus. This party is in celebration of completion of second semester examinations. Final Fete guarantees total fun with top of the line sound systems providing the entertainment and free drinks between the hours of 9 and 11 pm. Ask anyone that has been to a Taylor Hall Final Fete and they will tell you about an unforgettable experience and ambience created through pure hype party vibes on the ‘Wheels of Steel’ by Jamaica’s best DJ’s.
