As someone coming to the Counselling Service for the first time, you will be asked to fill in a set of forms. This information will help the intake counsellor to make an initial assessment of your concerns. This information will also prove useful in determining which counsellor is best suited to work with you. Information given here is kept confidential in the Counselling Service.
