Group Counselling

Eligibility for Services

Students:

All students are eligible for our services through the health insurance scheme provided by the university. To benefit from the insurance scheme, tuition fees and your health fee must be paid. Students who are still finalizing fee payment will however be seen in emergency situations.

Staff:

All members of staff at the Mona campus and their dependents who qualify under the insurance scheme are also eligible for the services.

Confidentiality

Counselling is a confidential service. No information will be disclosed to other persons or agencies within or outside the university, without your written permission except in situations where you may be in danger of hurting yourself or someone else.

No information about counselling goes on your academic record.
