UCS offers a number of educational programmes, usually on a Thursday afternoon. Topics covered include Study Skills, Intimate Relationships, Stress Management, Time Management and Improving your Self Esteem. Some are single sessions while others last for 4-6 sessions. Each session is typically 90-120 minutes in length. Other topics are offered as the need arises.

The staff of UCS is willing to work with student organizations to develop a meaningful psychoeducational programme tailored to their needs. Such requests should be made six weeks in advance.
