The reading list is long but you are not expected to read every part of a single work. Reading broadly, however, is desired since it gives you a wide scope of the subject matter. You are expected to read at least two of the works under each lecture topic. You are expected to read on tutorial topic prior to class thus ensuring productive discussion.
