To manage the committees serviced by the Human Resource Management Division in a manner that unlocks the human resource potential of the University through high quality management and the efficient provision of client-oriented services.

  • Provides secretarial services for the Appointments, Non-Faculty Advisory, Staff Matters, Reclassification, and the Human Resources Steering Committees.
  • Ensures the timely circulation of the documents to committee members and  the prompt communication of  committee decisions to the relevant parties
  • Ensures that the committee members are supplied with relevant documents and other information required for deliberation and decision making. 
  • Develops and implements plans for the provision of live minutes and action sheets on the proceedings of these committees.
  • Coordinates and monitors the follow up action required by these committees.
  • Develops and implements systems to streamline and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Committees.
