The Compensation and Benefits unit administers the compensation and benefits plans of the Mona Campus and provides Deans, Heads of Departments, managers, supervisors and employees with support, advice and information about the benefits programmes offered by the University. These initiatives include pension provisions, health insurance, group life insurance, tuition assistance programmes, retirement plans, allowances and leave entitlements.
