Leolyn or Leo as frequently called, is a graduate of Nova South Eastern University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Leo is pursuing his Masters in Business Administration.

He is currently employed with HEART Trust/NTA based at the National Council on Technical Vocation Education and Training (NCT/VECT) for the past 10 years. Leo is responsible for the research and facilitation of competency standards development focusing on Tourism and Hospitality industry in particular.
