Micheal Green

 

Mike Green is the Manager of the Chaa Creek Natural History Centre and Nature Reserve which is part of the lodge at Chaa Creek in Belize.

His background is in Conservation and Environmental Law Enforcement. Mr. Green served as a State Game Warden with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in the United States of America.

Presently a member of the Board of Directors of the Belize Tourism Industry Association and the Belize Ecotourism Association.

Over the past 5 years, the Lodge at Chaa Creek has received several Awards for their Environmental and Natural Resource Conservation efforts and for their work in Sustainable Tourism. They recently were the recipients of the 2003 best Ecolodge award sponsored by Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine.
