ii. Selected Problems in the International Law of Human Rights
iii. The (American) Regional Rights Regime
iv. European Convention on Human Rights

2. Method of Teaching

This course will be taught by a combination of lectures and seminars. There will
be two lectures each of one hour duration and one seminar per week. For the
purposes of the seminar and depending on the number of registered students, the
class may be divided into one or more seminar groups.

3. Method of Assessment

This course will be assessed by way of one "take-home" assignment and one two hour examination at the end of the Semester in which it is taught. Students will be required to answer two questions from a total of four questions. The "take home" assignment will account for 30% of the final marks and shall be submitted on or before the noon of the Monday which falls three weeks before
the end of the semester in which it is taught.
