Department of Literatures in English welcomes Jamaican actor, poet and playwright Malachi Smith

The Department of Literatures in English at UWI, Mona welcomes the accomplished Jamaican actor, poet, and playwright Malachi Smith on Monday, November 27. Malachi Smith is visiting Jamaica's universities as a part of his 2017 Wiseman book tour. Smith uses his powerful poetry to educate, advocate, inspire and entertain. He will be performing some of his gold medal award winning dub poems.

 Please join us on Monday, November 27 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Multifunctional Room of the Main Library at UWI, Mona.  Books, CDs, and other artiste merchandise will be on sale.
