The Functions of the Unit

• Deployment, Maintenance and Support of Enterprise Operations: - PeopleSoft, SCT Banner, TMA, Student Registration / Administration System.
• Software delivery and management
• Information delivery and management
• Support and management of Web delivered services

This unit is charged with deployment, support and maintenance of all software applications, be they enterprise or local. Some of our mission-critical applications are already web-enabled. And we fully expect that as we standardize on the user interface to applications, all of them will eventually become web-enabled. The management and maintenance of the campus web assets is concentrated in this unit. This unit is vested with operational control of software licensing and the adherence to the intellectual property agreements inherent to software acquisition.
