IT Service Outage - August 7, 2018

The Campus suffered an IT service outage on Tuesday, 7th August 2018 between the hours 8:00am and 2:50pm due to a failure in critical networking equipment. Desktop Internet access was limited during this period. However, MonaConnect (wireless internet access) was not affected and remained available. Intranet services (Banner, Peoplesoft, TMA etc.) were also affected, but these services were fully restored by 12:30pm. Desktop Internet access was restored at 2:50pm.
