In keeping with the established convention, the Conference will have a formal opening session followed by two days of presentations and panel discussions. Several Caribbean government leaders have been invited to address the Conference. In addition, a number of academics, policy makers, activists, graduate students and project directors from within and outside the region have agreed to prepare papers on the sub themes identified. Their presentations will form the basis for interactive discussion on a number of panels that will be established to facilitate the exchange of views among panel members and between panel members and an invited audience.
