Guidelines for Preparing Posters:

1. Poster Size Width = 120 cm; Height = 85 cm
2. Border There should be a border of at least 5 cm all around the poster.
3. Poster Number Place your poster number at the top left hand corner of the poster.
4. Title, Authors and Institutions This information should be placed on the top part of the poster.
5. Abstract The Abstract should be placed below the Poster Number on the left hand side.
6. Introduction, Aims/Objectives, Methods & Results, Tables & Figures, etc. This will occupy the body of the poster.
7. Conclusions This should be placed in the bottom right hand corner of the poster.

REMEMBER THAT TEXT MUST BE LARGE ENOUGH TO BE VIEWED FROM A DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 5 FEET.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Submit a copy of the abstract by email to uwisonresearchsupport@uwimona.edu.jm with email subject caption: Abstract for Nursing and Midwifery Conference, 2015

• Include your complete contact information (Name, Credentials, Position, Institution, Country and email address).
• Only abstracts following the published guidelines and containing complete contact information will be considered for the conference.
• Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to your e-mail address within 1-3 working days following submission of the abstract.
