| Structured community projects provide fertile
grounds for students to use the knowledge gained through academic
programmes; to develop and enhance the social competencies that
are expected of a university graduate; to generate an understanding
of social responsibility and to forge meaningful links between
the University and the Communities in the Nation.
Each year the Halls of residence seek to achieve their objectives
through the planning and implementation of innovative and
sustainable community projects.
