Listed below are the various clubs, societies and associations that are organized and run by students of the Faculty of Social Sciences as well as others students from other faculties. The majority of these groups meet on Thursdays between the hours of 2pm and 5pm. Students may check with the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD) or the FSS Guild Representative for further information and meeting schedules.
Our 7 faculties and 12 professional schools offer more than 200 programmes to some 18,000 graduate, undergraduate and continuing studies students.
The UWI, Mona ranks first in Jamaica among accredited tertiary-level programmes. In 2012, the University was again one of Jamaica’s Top 100 Employers.
