About Us

The Leslie Robinson Hall is the latest student accommodations being constructed on The UWI, Mona Campus. The hall will be operated by a private company, 138 Student Living, under a public-private partnership agreement with the university to finance, build and operate the hall.

The company has created this new hall because we believe that living on campus is a special experience that should be afforded every student. Whether you are a bookworm, socialite or somewhere in between, there is a place for you on this hall. Strategically located on the University campus and within easy reach of all your academic, social and recreational needs, the new hall of residence aims to provide a ‘Home away from Home’ experience.  The UWI, Mona is committed to providing an environment conducive to academic success, while facilitating a lively atmosphere for making friends and enjoying a diverse cultural experience.

Finally, in undertaking the development of these halls, the aim is to create a world class environment that is aligned to the strategic vision of The University of the West Indies, which is to become the premier educational choice for Jamaican students as well as students from across the region and around the world.
