The Caribbean Environments Research Group (CERG) is an interdisciplinary group of researchers and students that adopt a holistic approach to the study of the causes and impacts of environmental change on the coastal zone across the Caribbean. Our research areas include:

  • Reconstructing past climatic and environmental change
  • Evaluating carbon stocks for mangrove ecosystems
  • Health assessments of coral reef and fish communities
