The Estate Management Department (E.M.D) has been accustumed to regularly converting one of the Campus' most pretigious public spaces, The Assembly Hall. It has been renowned to accomodate a wide variety of events in the past, but on the 4th of September 2014, it was modified to host over 5000 students who were to be apart of the 2014-2015 Matriculation Ceremony.
On this ocassion the Assembly Hall was to be converted in a matter of hours from a registration hub that was home to numerous desktop computers, to the grounds on which the 2014/2015 Matriculation Ceremony would be held.
