Dr. Mahesha Narayana, Head of the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Sciencce and Technology at The University of the West Indies, Mona, delivered invited talks at two prestigious academic conferences in India in December 2025 and January 2026.

At the international conference Scientific Advances in Natural and Technological Sciences (SAINTS-2026), held from January 7–9, 2026, and organized by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India, Dr. Mahesha presented an invited talk titled “The Weakly Nonlinear Stability Analysis of the Gravity-Modulated Rayleigh–Bénard Convection.” The presentation focused on advanced theoretical approaches to convection phenomena influenced by gravity modulation, contributing to ongoing research in fluid stability and nonlinear analysis. He also delivered an invited talk titled “Is Hyperchaos Possible in Three-Dimensional Non-Autonomous Systems?” at the 70th Congress of the Indian Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (ISTAM-2025), organized by VIT Bhopal University in December 2025. This talk examined the emergence of hyperchaotic behavior in non-autonomous dynamical systems, offering valuable insights into applied mechanics and mathematical physics.  See photograph below.

These invited presentations reflect Mahesha Narayana’s academic leadership, research excellence, and active engagement with the global scientific community.
