Report Criteria
Explanation of criteria used in generating reports from PeopleSoft
HRMS
General :
Action date – the run date of the source data from
PeopleSoft HRMS is September 30, 2005, this is important to note
as the data is very dynamic therefore changes in figures
may be seen in reports generated at any date thereafter.
Full-Time Faculty by Highest Qualification reports were generated
using the following criteria:

Only Business Units for Faculties and employees
in the Academic category.

Only Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate
and Post Doctorate qualifications were reported.

Full-Time employees only.
-
Regular and Temporary status.
-
Concurrent jobs were omitted.
-
Full-Time Faculty by Grade
-
Only Business Units for Faculties and employees
in the Academic employee category.
-
Research staff levels were omitted e.g. Junior
Research Fellow etc.

Full-Time employees only.
-
Regular and Temporary status.
-
Concurrent jobs were omitted.

Employee Classification
-
Five main classes were used
-
Classes not used – Contractors and Consultants
-
Data included Centre Staff

Retirement Forecast
-
Retirement Forecast done for Faculties only
