The Department of Government in Association with The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade will host a Colloquium on November 15, 2012 under the theme: The Changing Economic and Trade Environment. Special guest Presenter will be Dr. Supachai Panitchpadki, Secretary General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
