Guest Presenters include, His Excellency, Venezuelan Ambassador, Maria Jacqueline Mendoza Ortega;  His Excellency, Cuban Ambassador Yuri Gala Lopez; CEO, Petro Caribe Development Fund, Wesley Hughes, and Mr. Ricardo Allicock of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
