The Dept of Sociology, Psychology and Social Work, UWI  Mona Campusin collaboration with the African Cultural Renaissance Movement (ACRM), UTECHPresent, "PAN-AFRICANISM OR PERISH", An Opening Symposium to Commemorate the 50th Anniversary of African Liberation Day
 
The Symposium will feature: Mutabaruka; Ras Miguel Lorne; Reverend Marjorie LewisMinister Clive Muhhamad ; Baba Mukasa (aka Willie Ricks) ; Chairperson - Dr Michael Barnett.
 
This Symposium will be followed by an all-day family oriented programme at UTECH  on Saturday, May 25th,  from 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
 
The third and final day (Sunday May 26) will feature a closing Ceremony and mini Pan-African Film Festival.
