For the first time, the Annual Derek Gordon Research Seminar heads to the community of Mona Commons, with a mission to engage the community in the search for solutions to their community's development. Lecturer, Dr Peta Ann Baker shines light on the conditions of this much maligned innercity community, the dedicated work of Social Work students, the innovative approach to solutions in partnership with residents, and a day filled with activities designed to get things done right.
