Public Lecture - “The Role of Gender Diversity in Maximizing Jamaica’s Economic Potential”

All are invited to attend this Public Lecture  which will be given by Dr Wanda Costen, a visiting Fulbright Scholar at the Mona School of Business and Management.
 
Dr Costen holds a PhD in sociology from Washington State University, an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.  She   is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Her research interests include racial & gender inequality in organizations, women & leadership, and strategic human resources.  Her work has been published in Journal of Management Inquiry, Journal of Human Resources in Hospitality and Tourism, Journal of Hospitality, Leisure, Sport & Tourism Education, and The Gaming Research and Review Journal.
