The National Bakery ‘Bold Ones of Manufacturing’ for 2014 will tell of their foray into manufacturing and answer questions.
Michelle Smith, owner of Chocolate Dreams, from the first cohort of ‘Bold Ones’ in 2010, will share her journey as well.
